TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NESTROM INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nestrom Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification, and any other provisions intended to survive termination will survive termination.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
